This “celebrity” has had many an interview and photos op where she has proclaimed her love for dogs. As a fellow dog lover, I always say hi to the doggos.

Granted I'm not a huge dog lover but I do not pet every cute dog I see--not even close. That said, if the dog was truly adorable it's highly likely that I'd stop and chat with the owner especially in a relaxed setting.
