I'm confused on how "doing your drugs on the set" is somehow different (or better?) than slapping for a vein in the dressing room...?

Hate to say it, but is he on the 2020 death watch?! Seems like every 20 years there has to be an SNL member to massively OD.
I think the doing drugs on set thing is a throw back to Belushi, etc. But yeah. He looked awful. They shouldn't have brought him on at all. It's exploitation at this point. YYR (yeah you right) they like an OD or some shit now and again. It gives them gravitas.

Remove yourself from Hollywood. I imagine your self esteem would flourish if you werent surrounded by horrible people all the time.
Listen maybe human sacrifice is what it takes for SNL to be funny again, and Pete D wouldn't be a great loss.
Of course they could always move it to LA, seems to be where all the talent goes anyway. ;)
