Madonna
I am surprised she doesn't get more backlash. One thing to be late, but causing people to need a backup plan to get home?
She is cancelling because the seats are mostly emptied.
Never was able to grow so she is a pathetic Mamie Van Doren. Really would be laughable if not so sad. She can’t see herself as anything bit sexy and outrageous. But at her age, is just looks sad.
Hear that noise? It's your future, maybe your present... screams from the glue factory.
I saw her in Chicago. I left early. She was awful. She ranted for like 15 minutes between every song and she started extremely late. I may have stayed longer if I didn't have nosebleed seats but I am glad I didn't pay more for that half-assed performance. I hear a guy is suing her for being late. She really is taking her fans for granted. I only bought tickets because of her icon status and I thought I should catch a Madonna show in my lifetime but that was a mistake on my part.
She is a bright woman. You'd think she'd get it, you don't treat paying fans that way. Her arrogance is quite the crippler.
IT is SO silly. She is so savvy. Why not play niche fun small venues and just boast sell outs but a more intimate experience than bow out on half empty big arenas? She has a fan base that would die to see her play 'clubs' even now - fun, more early Madonna feel.
kiki, and others who don't pay attention, should be informed that the shows she isn't showing up for __are__ small venues.
As for early Madonna feel, you mean before talkies?
You’d think at her age she would want to go to bed, maybe she’s making people wait until she wakes up at 2:00 am and watches the farm report like an octogenarian before she goes on stage.
Maybe this is what it takes for her wake up call. Or maybe alienating her remaining fans is all part of her master plan 😅
I mean we already have plenty of pop princess divas with issues right?
@J, Dammit you know we save the horse jokes for SJP, try to respect the CDAN traditions 🐴😂
Brayson, I need to stay on my toes or the proportion of commenters here who hate me may drop below 60%.
@J, That makes sense, hate is just the mirror reflection of love after all.
How is she even A+ 🙄 Seriously one of the most overrated singers of all time. So NOT sorry.
Madonna needs to go back to doing poppy hits of the 80s, and ballads, and forget all the techno-music garbage at her age.
Shes the Lauryn Hill of the pop world.
Madge should get off the musical stage ... nothing to do with her age,
just her recent lack of professionalism and enduring lack of vocal talent.
She should act again. She should get herself cast in whatever Gaga's next
movie is, as her mother. I would go see that.
