How did JT end up on Enty's shit list? True he's an egotistical asshole, but so is every Hollywood character. Its not like that bitch he's married to is an angel. I'd say they deserve one another. I don't get his appeal to producers though. I confess to being a fan of his songs from his boy band years, but as a solo artist he's a so-so singer and he can't act for shit.
This maneuver baffles me. If that thigh rub was so innocent, all of this would be blown over and forgotten by press tour time. Or, at the very least, he's making it more suspicious with her absence. He definitely is in the "thou dost protest too much" school of crisis management. It should have been one quickly timed apology, and focus on the family. Instead, it's a late apology, and try to sabotage the other party's career...months later. Let it go!
