Elvis.
Tony Bennet?
God this is sad
Kenny Rogers. He was in the news yesterday with health issues.
Whoever it is it's sad.
Alice Cooper
Neil Diamond?
Kris Kristofferson is a real deal actor/singer with a long career. He's 81.
The feeling when you realize "Blade 2" is a more accurate depiction of geopolitics than one would expect.
Kenny Rogers.
Meatloaf?
+1 Neil Diamond
I just saw the Kenny Rogers news before I read this. He's my guess.
Kris Kristofferson maybe. But this being an Enty bl, 90% of the stuff on here is re-posting DM gossip pages, it's prob Kenny Rogers, though calling him an actor is one hell of a fucking stretch.
Hello All, first post:
Willie?
There are several options. Haven't heard about kris in a while, I'm guessing either Willie or Kenny.
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/music/news/kenny-rogers-cancels-retirement-tour-dates-due-health-challenges/
Still guessing Kris Kristofferson, very solid movie career, and the A Star is Born remake made me think of him.
You got to know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em,
Know when to walk away and know when to run.
"You never count your money when you're sittin' at the table.
There'll be time enough for countin' when the dealin's done.
Now Ev'ry gambler knows that the secret to survivin'
Is knowin' what to throw away and knowing what to keep.
'Cause ev'ry hand's a winner and ev'ry hand's a loser,
And the best that you can hope for is to die in your sleep. "
So when he'd finished speakin', he turned back towards the window,
Crushed out his cigarette and faded off to sleep.
And somewhere in the darkness the gambler, he broke even.
But in his final words I found an ace that I could keep."
+1 for this
So sad, I live him lots.

This, this gave me extra water in my eyes
I doubt it's Alice Cooper. He was soft-shoeing on national TV Sunday night in the live version of "Jesus Christ Superstar." Generally a great production, except for John Legend playing Jesus as a puzzled teddy bear.
Gdi brayson!
I'm not sure I like this answer, no matter who it is. Ugh. All the good ones getting ready to pass
@Vessimede, how could you forget Six Pack, Patton Oswalt's favorite movie? (According to IMDB. What a random choice.)
Actually, the one thing I remember from that movie is that, at age 13, "shake the dew off the lily" was hi-lar-ious.
I want Tony to live forever!!! Saw him in concert and he was fabulous.
Two years ago this would have been George Michael.
Neil Young
I don't think Neil Diamond is exactly a Christmas-type of guy
Justin Timberlake - just to lighten the mood
Even if it's a pedophile is it sad?
Willie Nelson
Hoping it’s Sting 🤞🏻
I hope its not Meatloaf. I love him so much.
Little Richie?
A+ Brayson
Alice Cooper is pretty much worth sitting through any number of puzzled teddy bear performances for.
Paul Simon also a singer/actor who recently announced he would stop touring. He also has a recent song called "Getting Ready for Christmas Day."
That ...
Is a perfect description of Legend's portrayal!
Kenny Rogers..The Gambler knows when to hold em and knows when to fold them... sad..,
Id listen to kenny rogers over all of the above mentioned except simon and garfunkel...S and G came out in the late 60s and it still sounds great...amazing...kenny rogers is awesome...
I was just listening to some Kenny Rogers. So good. He's one of those people who, you hear his name and think of a handful of songs like "The Gambler" and "Coward of the County", but then when you start looking through his discography, you think, "Oh yeah, and that one. And that one. And that one...." So many great duets too.
I think it’s Kris Kristofferson; the clue is “make it to one last Christmas.” The reboot of “A Star Is Born” is supposed to come out this coming Christmas. I heard that it’s a stinker too 😔💩
