She's trying to climb the ladder back up from that time when she was the star of a movie but not the show.

Maggie Lawson has been in a long-term relationship with her co-star James Roday, I don't think it's her. I vote Gabrielle Anwar and some co-star on Burn Notice (though I haven't watched the show in a long time and have no idea who has co-starred).

I don't think being in a committed relationship would ever stop anyone in Hollywood from having sex unless their first name is Mark and their last name is Hamill :P I just looked at the entire cast list of Burn Notice and the only two other females in very short but recurring roles that I've ever even heard of are Callie Thorton and Moon Bloodgood and neither were "a big deal back in the day". Rachel Leigh Cook was huge there for a while.
