But things changed. After the 2nd incident, i don’t know if I will ever be able to have children or have the family of my dreams.

Internet has been bubbling over for years of angry/abusive behavior, foot fetishises (including old Reddit and gamespot forums with former child actors who claim to have had to auditioned barefoot for him). One claimed he offered money in an audition to tickle feet
Started 20 years ago with ALL THAT. Adult and kid sketch comedy show that always leaned towards absurdism. A lot of sketches seemed to highlight topless fat boys getting abused by the rest of the cast. Something that carried over to Gibby in Icarly
Then there was Amanda Show and her subsequent flameout, it was alleged that she was first abused under Schneider.
Next we get Zooey 101. Jamie lynn Spears (Britney's younger Sister). Suddenly gets knocked up @16 and show ends early. Immediately the Internet claimed it was Schneider not her 17 year old bf who took credit. Who knows. There's a picture of Quinn (the actress' name escapes me) sitting on Schneider's lap which seems suspect
Drake and Josh. I don't think Schneider was into dudes so maybe they escaped okay. Drake Bell's strung out skinny face may indicate otherwise. Schneider for sure isn't into fatties (self loathing). So thank those lucky stars you were chunky Josh Peck
Which brings us to an unrelated associate of Schneider's named Brian Peck. He hosted a two week kids comedy boot camp in LA. Was arrested for child molestation, He Continued to work with Schneider at Nick studios after released.
Back to the shows:
Icarly really starts getting weird. The format of zany webshow seemed to be a mishmash between hyperactive kids television and a sprinkle of adult kink and fetish. The foot fetish stuff got out of control. Also the jokes started getting crazy adult. Sexual double entendres out the yin yang. Schneider then starts promoting the show by tweeting pictures of actresses feet (with painted toes) and asking young fans to tweet pictures of their feet/guess the star the feet belonged to. CREEPY
Then something happened to Sam on the show. Jeanette Mccurdy posted bizarre vines Showing joker makeup, bruises on her arms and saying "Dan Schneider look at what you did to me"
Icarly vids also exist of Dan threatening to tase Miranda Cosgrove and lot of Schneider putting Jeanette Mccurdy in a frightening headlock
And that's about when I aged out of Nickelodeon. But I've seen a lot of perverted looking clips from his new shows.

Great summary, @schneiderisnext. I didn’t know anything about the earlier years (my son started watching Nickelodeon about three years ago) so that’s helpful. The Twitter thread with all the suspicious pics and vid clips is GROSS. I’m so pleased your username is finally coming into its own.
Regarding the political shit, I agree with all those who’ve said it has no place and that our collective approach should be that all these perpetrators are sick regardless of which wing they sit on. I vote that Trump, Clinton and politics in general don’t get mentioned unless the blind itself features a politician.

@Schneiderisnext Read the buzzfeed article last night about John Kricfalusi, and was sick by the time I was done. It was disgusting. Recalling when it came out, I liked the artwork but couldn't stand the emotional cruelty and weirdness of it. Nick claimed they dropped him at the height of the show's popularity because of his lateness in production, but I wonder what else it was, given that that entire network clearly attracts people with problems, men with problems. Are there no female producers, writers, directors? Why are all of these men making childrens programming? They need to give them psychiatric tests like they do to weed out military and police applicants. Of course pedophiles are going to gravitate to any profession or institution or situation that gives them access to kids.

Poor Amanda. I keep trying to get her to add me on Twitter as I'd love to know what she has to say about stuff, not in a stalker way though. I feel for her. Both my mum and sister were abused by a close family member so I kinda feel some empathy for her. If you're reading this Amanda, you're stronger than you think sweetie.
