Wow it starts out as close people being concerned and turns into leaches being worried they'll go hungry.
Most people here probably can't process the fact that public personas are created and then filled by multiple actors. There is a template: Let's call one Ur-Bieber. That's the model that all the other actors who play the Beebs have to work from to look like a near clone of the template.
Same with this midget chick. The wide variance in her facial structure from actress to actress who essays the role of "Hayden" suggests that those in charge of this persona are either A: Not very good at it, or B: This persona is a test to see just how wide a variance in looks a persona can be without being spotted*.
It's likely no one will spot the multiples anyway because the concept is way too Martian for Earthers to process**.
*See, all the mishigas in "Hayden's" life is actually the switches being camouflaged.
**Motive, you ask? Celebrities have a variety of functions. Entertaining (distraction) is just one of them. If some client dictator wants Hayden for a night in exchange for US access to some port, you don't send the original, you send a copy who is willing to toss the salad of a slimy, ugly dictator. Well is it ANY guess why or how Hayden ended up this way? If those close to her worry about the cash cow her and not the might-end-up-dead her they were surely ones who created the monster and/or enable her. So many rumors about casting couch, if family rape/incest for the poor girl. Is it any wonder she'd fall for guys who beat her up and want to self medicate to forget it all? I pray she has an awakening before she ends up dead. Poor girl!
She just got older, she's 29 now, biggest changes over about the last ten years. People can change a lot from their early 20's to their late 20's. Ever looked at a yearbook to what people look like nowadays? Wowser. Usually they blimp out but sometimes they grow or change in other ways. It's not like she's been known to have a healthy lifestyle anyway.

@Brayson, I went down that rabbit hole a few months ago! It was fascinating & I'm all for it too! Never thought Hayden would have body doubles, but I guess it could work. I may have to start Googling lol
People's "looks" change, but not the size of their cranium, the distance between eyes, the nose fluctuating (I don't mean nose jobs) One reason she would be easy to fake is her head/body proportion. Keep an eye on Sabrina Carpenter. Same model and she'd be pretty easy to triplicate, too. It's the odd looks that make for easy multiples because they overwhelm the subtleties.
I saw Hayden across a room years ago, she is tiny, like not far from Danny DeVito or little person size. There can't be that many adults that size who resemble her, even with surgery. Impossible no, but highly improbable.
