Today's Blind Items - New Light
While doing press for a new movie, this permanent A list mostly movie actor sat down for what is probably his longest interview ever. What was going to just be a long piece in a monthly magazine may turn out to be a book or a limited series. The actor finally opened up about his past and laid out a series of points as to why he thinks one of his exes was killed. He also told the reporter, who wouldn't share the final answer (saving it for article/book/show??), who he suspects murdered his ex. The thing is though, the reporter did say it is not the guess you would expect. I guess I would expect the alliterate drug using horrible person/singer. Was it the former girlfriend who was suddenly the girlfriend right after the death. That same girlfriend who was bff with the actress significant other of the alliterate drug using horrible person/singer. If you believe the story of the alliterate drug using horrible person/singer, why would the ex come back? Did someone ask her to come back? Did someone tell her to come back. Someone who knew what a likely result would be.

Keanu has a lot to get off his chest. Not just about his girlfriend's death. I hope the whole story comes out. But these expectations have happened before.
So the singer killed his ex or one of his exes killed another? I have literally slept for 3 hours in the last 30 hours so my brain is shutting down! Anyone care to simplify this?
The question I'd have at the end of all of it is why have her killed?

I saw the link to the guardian article about Keanu on CDAN Facebook page, and it was an enjoyable read. I forgot about his ex fiancee's death after their daughter's death, but then I remembered this, it gives good incite into her death...

Tragic but how was she killed? she drove herself, and was on many drugs. no one had a gun to her head. bad decision for her unfortunately.
Someone possibly killed the actor's ex. The suspects are the singer or one of the singer's ex girlfriends.
The official story, as I remember it is something like this:
Keanu had a whirlwind romance with Jennifer Syme, she got pregnant, the baby died (in utero, I think), and the grief tore them apart. Not long afterwards, Syme went to one of Marilyn Manson's parties and got really drunk. Someone drove her home and then she decided to drive herself back to the party, wrecked her car, and died.
Someone please correct me if I got anything wrong.
Wasn't JS also involved around this same time with Chad Smith of RHCP? I thought the rumor was the stillborn baby was his, not KR's

I think she wanted to go back and party some more and unfortunately died on her way back to MM's house.
I think the answer has to do with Rose McGowan,and it refers to her BFF. Is Enty by some chance referring to (Gasp!) Asia Argento?. Who else might be Rose's bff? So what is the reason she (JS) drove back? Drugs? Someone she expected to see? The expected results being the car crash,not necessarily knowing it would kill her,but she was driven home in the first place because she was known to be impaired.

Keanu. It could he blames them for giving her drugs so in his head they killed her. Not sure they mean a girlfriend of Keanu or the Manson guess.

Also her mother sued MM for wrongful death! It sounds like an unfortunate accident, unless someone messed with her brakes or tried to run her off the road causing the accident?

Wow, this is a great one! Tricia, congrats on thinking of this so quickly. It does seem to fit all of the clues! I remember what an awful stretch of time that was for him.
Was he dating Amanda de Cadenet before or after this? There was that stretch where she and Courtney Love were everywhere together

"Something I found really odd after doing some digging was that the woman Keanu left to be with Jennifer, Amanda de Cadenet, was a good friend of Rose McGowan, Manson's then fiancée. They were such good friends in fact that during one interview conducted with Rose around that period, Amanda was swimming in the pool while Rose was giving the interview in the yard. Apparently Manson was a long-time friend of Jennifer's. Syme was the one who introduced Manson to Lynch, which led to Manson receiving a small part in Lost Highway. I find it a bit peculiar that Manson and his fiancée were each friends with one of the two prominent women in Keanu's love life at the time. And if you look at pictures of Amanda from the early 90's, she looks amazingly like Naomi Watts in the film (she even had the same haircut). I'm wondering with all the subtle clues the movie gives us, if somehow Lynch is trying to tell the viewer to dig deeper. It just seems very odd that Amanda was immediately back in Keanu's life the second Jennifer was out of the way, and that Jennifer died after leaving the home of a friend whose girlfriend was close to Amanda, so conceivably could have had something against Syme for dating the guy her friend wanted. I didn't remember the AdC & McGowen connection, either. Whoever wrote that comment was deep into some decades old lore most of us forgot a long time ago.

I lived in London when Amanda first came out onto the club scene - she was dubbed a "Wild Child" (basically a kind of underage yachter). She seemed hell-bent on getting whatever she wanted, and was pretty successful at it, except in the case of Reeves. She's admitted to falling love with him at first sight (1992?) and desperately tried to get with him then, despite being married and pregnant. She's been obsessed with him ever since, and it doesn't surprise me that this evil woman would get rid of whatever was in her way.
I was wondering if and/or when Enty was going to cover this very dark story - think Rosemary's Baby and the United Mental Force of Witches (the text in the book Rosemary reads in the film) to remove obstacles and get what you desire, including fame. What I don't understand is, is Reeves still "best" friends with Cadenet? Does he know she is behind the whole thing? Or does he think it's McGowen?
