Hey, after the way Gigi shutdown the runway crasher, he has reason to be concerned! Straighten up and give her a key, or start paying rent.
Could also be her dealer, maybe he's paying in the rent in other ways.
They need to have a discussion regarding just what her money gives her access to. If paying the rent doesn't include a key, she needs to find somebody else to maintain the property for her.

Thanks for the link @Brayson. That guy's new look makes him look like a tool but as long as he is happy then I guess that is all that matters. Gigi needs a key or he needs to be all brand new somewhere else.
