You know things are horrible on a set when you have this back in the day A- list actress who was the lead in more than one movie, quit a decently hit show and offer to pay back the salary that she was paid. Our wig loving actress who has a CDAN fan club hated the scripts and just couldn't handle the people hired to direct episodes. It is tough to get work after you do things like that though.

ReplyDeleteI have a bit of respect for this. Rather than being the disgruntled pain in the ass every week, or just quitting, she at least offered to return her salary. Agreed that it is probably damaging to career prospects (as quitting often is), but at least there was some integrity to it.
