Jennifer Love Hewitt's instagram photos are so heavily filtered that I kind of don't think it's her (she might not want people to see the real her)...Melissa Joan Hart is a great guess.
I have Square Pegs on dvd, it didn't really age very well but I still like it!
SJP is in rehearsals for a Broadway revival of “Plaza Suite” with Broderick, and just had a Sunday NYT cover, so it’s not her.

My nemesis MJH lives in North Tahoe so I don’t think the paps are gonna head up there to take a photo of her.

Then I find it interesting that She can no longer get a Cover of a Magazine.
Especially since She's considered by many to be a Fashion Icon.
It also wasn't that long ago that She was Landing Magazine Covers quite regularly.
So I find it interesting just how fast things have changed.
