This former A+ list athlete didn't lose his only NFL head coach chance because of his record. It was not great, but Jeff Fisher hung on forever with not great. Nope, our coach lost his job because the owners of the team found out he is gay. They didn't want the publicity from that, so used the record as a pretext.
