well, of course she'll be called a liar. that's what the attorneys for the director will do. jesus, grow a pair. if you're telling the truth, you have nothing to fear. been there, done that.

@nancer, My guess is she already told a partial version of the truth that left out things she didn't want known. In a deposition, they might not stay in the same boundaries.
That's a big reason people have kept quiet and continue to do so -- very few are so innocent that they can tell exactly what they know without incriminating or embarrassing themselves about other things. At the very least, they don't want to face questions about why they didn't speak up earlier.

She should have known ahead of time they would call her a liar and/or imply she is crazy.
