This behavior is so common on larger ensemble casts that have stars the same age. Same thing used to happen with Glee-- they all hated Lea and would never clap for her when she presented at awards shows or accepted awards. It's super catty and unprofessional. Even if you're not fond of the person, they work on your show, which is getting recognition. Put the BS aside and be supportive.

Ronni plays a Hispanic teen on On My Block (and has made a career playing Hispanic characters) but it was discovered she’s actually a white Trump supporter who has had some interesting things to say about immigration. So there was predictably a backlash.
