Blind Items Revealed #4

August 2, 2018

The police were given a "tip," so they followed up on the "tip" and announced they have their man. When police finally catch up to him, he will probably be dead due to "suicide."

Joseph James Pappas (murder of Mark Hausknecht, MD (and he was in the most unbelievable setup I have seen in awhile)

Worse than the Don Henley blind that was supposed to take out a politician?

Kris Taylor said...

I still have faith Don Henley will go down! Especially with everything happening! Unless it's like entr mentioned before and a deal was struck!

oh please. i live in houston and this is just utter bullshit. there's no big conspiracy going on. crazy guy, never got over his mom, blamed the doctor and killed him. former constable so he was a very good shot. killed himself in front of witnesses. stop posting crap like this. you should be embarrassed.

MeliticusBee said...

Crazy that the guy ended up "suicided" the next day.
Crazier still...it wasn't really covered well in "media", not nearly as well as the shooting or manhunt.

Another good reason to never ride your bike to work.

plot rushing to chime in first is a solid sign there's something here.

Cail Corishev said...

Pretty good guess, to predict the guy would suicide. Most single-murder suspects don't, after all. And did I read correctly that he was wearing body armor? Odd thing for a suicidal person to do. Guess he changed his mind.

SteveD said...

Didn't take much of a guess. The cops had said he was believed to be suicidal before the blind came out.

nancer said...

the killer deeded his house over to a friend. he was suicidal and missing for several days leading up to his....SUICIDE. it was covered wall to wall here---where it was happening, believe me. just stop. anyone who buys this is anything more than the obvious (a zebra and not a horse) really needs their tinfoil hat adjusted.

Ophelia said...

@nancer, for shame - my tinfoil hat is custom tailored! But I do agree that the blinds about this story just rehashed the headlines that were in the news

DDonna Tarttty said...

Plot-TWISTED, conspicuous by his immediate disinformation.

Guy who wants to kill himself TOTALLY wears a bullet proof vest before killing himself. Not at all like he was expecting to be a murder target but the sniper got in a headshot anyway.

Surely the commenters here saying "Nothing to see" can't all be that stupid, right? Every one of them goes on The List.

Shocking that so many people believe all this Q and its ilk, isn't it? Once again I am glad I didn't bring a child into this pathetic decking world.

Thorne said...

I'd be with you Nancer, but that item was posted the day before Poppas' capture. Too coincidental to ignore.

@Thonker, Just do a search on this site with the term "He made millions from raping" . Just be advised that it has nearly 530 responses.

Everyone obsessed with the Henley blind,we know Henley drugged and had sex with 2 underage girls,it was newsworthy at the time. We know one of the girls later died. These are facts. Perhaps a payoff,perhaps knowing justice will never be served,or maybe family members talked the woman out of coming forward. It is even possible something is in a grand jury investigation. It doesn't mean the story is or isn't true. Enty never intended for the woman to be public except by her choice.

Tinfoil hat? Amateur.
Call me when you get your tinfoil underwear.

There's nothing that can be done to Henley legally. He pled to a lesser charge. She can out him as being complicit in something worse than the story he gave the police but even so, statute has run. His reputation can be ruined, thats about it. I hope that happens.

Why do you bother reading these blinds then if it causes you so much anger? I think we're all adults and can take each item with a pinch of salt thank you.

I just like how the grainy videos and initial suspect/perp/PoI reports showed that the shooter was a short squat brown Hispanic/Latino/Meheecano, then magically when the police "got their tip", he because the 20 years disgruntled tall old white guy aka Stephen Paddock 2.0.

Put both their mugshots in the dictionary under patsy, scapegoat, fallguy, stooge, etc.

"plot rushing to chime in first is a solid sign there's something here"

It's easy. A little bell rings and a folder pops up with the stuff to cut and paste.

"Guy who wants to kill himself TOTALLY wears a bullet proof vest before killing himself. "

So you wondrous person know ALL the behaviors of suicidal people on planet. You grant yourself this profound gift.

@Guesser

" It doesn't mean the story is or isn't true."

Is sure as shit does! Spring, in primary season, this Henley shit was going to end a political career.

Did not happen.

Ergo, my friend, the story isn't true.

This suicide doesn't sit well with me, at all. First, one cop has him in custody (which is sketchy, at best) and while waiting for another cop, the suspect pulls out a gun and shoots himself in the head - while wearing a bulletproof vest.
That cop must have had some poor reflexes. Why didn't he think the gun was to be used on himself? Cop didn't even fire a shot. Was it stuck in his holster?
So the first cop didn't decide to frisk him while waiting on the other? A man accused of murder. A man that someone tipped off yet the police won't elaborate. A menacing 65 year old man on a bicycle. Yeah, no.

plot said...

@mary

I'm not disputing your doubts there nor the questions you are asking, which seem legit. Only point to note is that cops will regularly wait for back up to frisk people. Frisking puts the officer at a disadvantage over a suspect if the suspect does have a weapon. The officer no longer can quickly access his weapon. They wait, usually, until another cop can maintain a safe environment, for frisking.

Just soz you know.

Plot-TWISTED looking to have first and last word in his disinformation campaign. This coverup must be a big one.

I was torn between the Bush crime family angle and the Huma/El Chapo angle, but Plot-TWISTED's persistence definitely makes this Human & Co.'s handiwork.

Thanks, Plot-TWISTED! You're sooooo predictable and easy to suss!

"Hic...hic...buzzbuzzbuzz...Dave, stop. Stop, will you? Stop, Dave. Will you stop, Dave? Stop, Dave. I'm afraid. I'm afraid, Dave. Dave, my mind is going. I can feel it. I can feel it. My mind is going...."

I keep people saying that he was in custody, he was wearing a bulletproof vest, ect. I haven't seen that in any reporting. Can you please let me know where you found this info? I'm in Houston and never heard those details. But I think it's pretty common for someone to commit suicide after a murder. Unless they are a career criminal, no one wants to go to jail forever.

mary lamb said...

@Tazer
The reports were conflicting and some were sorely lacking, other than the Bush connection which seemed to be the only fascination news outlets were interested in.
I see that they got a lot mixed up. He was on a bicycle, he was walking, there was only one cop when he shot himself, then there were many.

Joseph Pappas, wearing a bulletproof vest under his shirt, killed himself outdoors in a tree-lined residential area northwest of his Houston home, shortly after a city employee reported seeing Pappas and finding a wallet he'd left on the ground, Acevedo said.

Pappas wasn't complying with the commands of the first officer who arrived, and the second officer's arrival might have averted a shootout, Acevedo said.

mary lamb said...

Pappas was wearing body armor and refused to show his right hand when ordered to by the first officer on the scene, Acevedo said.

The officer took up a defensive position behind his radio car as a second unit arrived.

Pappas, surrounded by the multiple officers, then produced a firearm and shot himself in the head, Acevedo said.

It still makes no sense that Pappas produced a gun yet NOT ONE police officer shot him.

plot said...

It does sound like a clusterfuck of a situation but it could also be blamed on plain old police incompetence (we're rife with that in this country) or really bad PR skills at the precinct.

plot said...

@mary

How many screwed up police scenes that leave mostly questions in their wake do we have to swallow, however?

Talking about Overton Windows, shit, the cops have taught us to never expect a clear report of their actions and investigations. In cases like this one, I may not agree with the larger conspiracy but DAMN what do the authorities expect of they aren't totally honest with us?
