Charlamagne, born Lenard Larry McKelvey, is the co-host of Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club.”
In June, HBO announced it will carry “The Gray Area,” an interview show on which Charlamagne, according to a press release, “will provide a safe space for ‘unsafe’ people to curate their stories and control their own narratives.”

Is it referring to Kathryn, or saying that Kathryn knows of a teen who was raped by the radio host?
I thing Charlamange thought by offering her a job on the show "lineup" he could shut her down. That's what hat sentence means.
