Just on a wild hunch could this be Bethenny Frankel? He's worth pennies compared to her bank account. As her ex he has co-custody which would require her to make child support payments.

Let's not be so sure this family is worth anywhere near a billion dollars. Our only source for that is a puff piece in Forbes, and Forbes is the mag that fawned over Bethenny Frankel's "Skinny Girl" line, claiming it was worth $120M. Turns out it was worth $8M. Not exactly chump change, but still off by over $100M.
