The kid in Massachusetts doesn't have much of a case if this is the one. Underage in a bar, surely he went there to eat something... Not that what Spacey did was OK just the kid went out looking for trouble and found himself in some.
@sandybrook - he worked at the place, he wasnt a visitor, and I believe he was on his break. he has admitted he wasnt allowed to drink but spacey offered him one and he decided to take it instead of saying no.

I think spacey ordered the drink to make it look like it was for himself. Theres no evidence that the server knew it was going to be given to the boy, for all the server knew they were yapping it up and spacey wanted a second drink

Well we don't know about the first one but anything after that somebody should have seen the kid was drinking. You cut it because you want to keep your liquor license and your business. And if you're discreet you tell Spacey in private the kid is underage and we can't serve him. Since the kid is on your staff, you need to pay attention to what he's doing at all times, that's how you run a bar business. Most bars don't even allow their employees to be drinking at the bar. And most states don't allow underage people to even sit at a bar. I don't know about Mass with that law, here it's a license violation if you get caught
