No artist who works in a genre where its performers sample other artists work all the time or simply lays down new lyrics and a slightly altered beat to a previously existing song has any right to bitch about "appropriation."
To add, Miley simply criticized certain aspects of hardcore rap. She never "trashed an entire culture."

Rap uses terms for women such as 'hoe, bitch', etc. rappers notoriously use women in videos degrading themselves, not to mention the racist aspect about asians, such as Vietnamese, Koreans or latino stereotypes in rap songs; even female black rappers call white women 'basic bitches' while black women supposedly are all goddesses.
