If they are adults and getting paid they are not victims. I can kind of understand how that could be a sexualized power trip, especially for an old queen like Dame Elton who has never been considered an attractive man. I don't think it's the subject of the blind and is not actually a celebrity but a once very powerful politician (and the one I hated the most before Salvini came along)...they have been saying the exact same thing about Berlusconi for years: many believed he didn't actually force himself on the victims but liked to watch them doing things (it may be because he probably had prostate cancer, idk). Anyway if the blind is talking about victims it isn't consensual so it must have been awful for the people involved.
