@Catherine Isla was my original thought as well, but after some googling I discovered that she has done lots of television and started out in TV in Australia.

I was thinking BAG and Megan because it just came out that they've been dating since she was 17 (as in: under-age.) Greene is in his mid to late 30's, she's in her early to mid-20's. She is a beautiful girl and must have had many men going after her. I always wondered why she stayed with Green when she could have done better.

Remember a few years back, Enty gave a clue that someone had never been married. People guessed and ruled out the correct answer because she had been married; turned out Enty just "didn't know that," and didn't put as much research into writing the blind as we do into guessing it. At that point he added the clarification that if he says someting like "no television" it doesn't mean that there was never ever EVER any television, it means that when you think of the person you would never think of their television roles. So, in this case, it would rule out Jennifer Garner, because Alias was a big deal, bigger than her movies, but it might not rule out someone who did a guest shot or a mini-series years and years ago.
@WUWT? Good point. That means it could also be someone who he THINKS is married - and who everyone kind of thinks is married - but they aren't

It's cracking me up that everybody keeps arguing against everyone else's guesses. Are any couples left that haven't had an argument made against them??
I'm also one who was in an abusive marriage and when you are made to feel worthless for so long, you really do start to believe it. People may ask, "Well, why did you date such a jerk in the first place? Why didn't you run immediately?" Most abusive relationships do NOT start out that way. Abusers are subtle and the abuse is insidious. My ex started out blowing my mind with romance and affection. I thought I had found the greatest guy ever. The abuse started slowly and much later on and grew until I could hardly think straight.
The line that gets me is the fact that this guy is "expected" to sleep around. That points to someone like Warren Beatty.

I kind of thought Ilsa Fisher and Sasha Baron Cohen when I read this. I'm not sure about the TV thing though with Ilsa. I do think Cohen fits the description of the man in this blind. Lots of people know about him because of his publicity stunts. He has always promoted himself as a in-character-celebrity first and and actor second. His "devotion to his craft" is always what people talk about when they talk about him and how he will constantly stay in character while filming and promoting a movie. He's an actor who has one very, very, very public persona while most of us know virtually nothing about his private life. Even though lots of people (including me) can't stand him, lots of critics and other actors and actresses think he's just the greatest comedian ever and throw the word "genius" around when they talk about him. Plus, I'd say right now that he has several women on retainer. He's traveling the globe with "The Dictator"'s personal security detail which are all very attractive women. I think he preens and shows off constantly. He fits ALL the clues.
RJ - I still don't think it's Cohen and Isla because likable is different from respect. People who call him genius in his craft respect him, and they may even like him for that/ but he's not been known as likable in public perception.

Did Annette Bening ever do an "It Gets Better" video, because she has a transgendered son w/ Warren. That line stood out to me, as well as the 'EXPECTED TO CHEAT." The one actor who could almost make that argument, who is married, is Warren Beatty. Also the word 'preen' could be as in hair, as in Warren's movie "Shampoo."

Well, shit. If we can't trust Enty to be literal when he says "no television," then why don't we apply that logic to all other clues whenever we want? Maybe the husband really doesn't sleep around with women, but men instead? Since he's mostly perceived as heterosexual, Enty just said that instead, because what's the purpose of language if people are supposed to take the meaning of what you said as the meaning of what you said? Besides, it's not like Enty can look up some database on the internet to find out for sure what men, or women, the husband has slept with. It's not like thay information is available as facts, like if the wife ever did TV or not. Sheesh, there'd have to be some kind of easily accessible internet movie database to find even that out! No way that could be possible!

I may not remember all the details, but since Enty rarely responds to our guesses, the clarificiation/disclaimer he made the next day sort of stood out to me.
The way I remember it, it was a blind about an old lady who had horrible neighbors who she couldn't get rid of and couldn't get to respect her need for a quiet life. She arranged for a blind offer on their house and bought it from them so they would move away, but they'd never know she was the buyer. In his description, he said she had never been married. People made many guesses and ruled out many for not fitting various clues, as usual. The next day Enty wrote that he uses information that is widely known when he writes the blinds, and doesn't research every detail, like we do when we're guessing. He admitted he did not know she had been married, and that it was a short marriage long before. It implied that someone had guessed the right person, we had incorrectly eliminated her as an option citing the marriage he hadn't even know about. (But he never said which guess was right.) In the same disclaimer, IF I remember right, he gave the example of "no TV" and (again, pending on my memory), used Reese Witherspoon as a no TV example, even though she had done an episode of Friends as Rachel's sister. He said it is almost impossible to find someone who has NEVER EVER EVER done any TV, and to go by the preponderance of their work (so, for instance, MY examples, Jennifer Garner and Katherine Heigl are both TV and movies, Reese is movies, and Traylor Howard is generally thought of for her TV roles). (I think in the same disclaimer he said Nicole Kidman could be called "foreign" even though she was born in the US, because everyone thinks of her as Australian. But I could be combining memories now.)
That is all I remember, and I don't recall how long ago it was (although PROBABLY not before 2008since I don't think I read this site til then).
