Dan Harmon's "Community" had Subway as a major advertiser. They bought the college at one point for a number of episodes. I believe Jared was even in an episode. With them softening the ground for Harmon with the re-emergence of "Daryl," it might be him (and others connected to him).

I called bullshit on this when it was a blind, and nothing has changed. Fogle ain't getting out early... his sentence was far too short to begin with.
