Allred and Bloom have always been in it for nothing but money. When they were on the right side,they cashed in on the cases everytime. Often at the expense of the victim.

@Thorne, Actually Rose never had the best rep, directors, married men, animal, vegetable or mineral, you name it. The only reason people believe her account is because Harvey paid her off after raping her. She had the receipt.

@Brayson, I think Harvey picked Rose as a victim for one of his more violent acts because he figured she would be easy to discredit due to her reputation. However, he accidentally broke her wrist in the process so she had physical proof. He had to reach some kind of settlement. NDA’s used to be iron-clad, but state legislatures and judges have been chipping away at them.
@BayAreaGirl, I think you're right about why Harvey picked Rose. I mean, that girl has been through abuse (she was raised in Children of God, IIRC), Manson then put through even more abuse (if Evan Rachel Wood is to be believed, anyway...if he beat Evan, I'd bet he did it to Rose, too), and Harvey is, after all, a predator, so he can see how messed up she is pretty much from first glance.
