Is this something to do with the boat crash?
Dude gonna watch his ex wife go down for manslaughter. Gotta divorce her in preparation for wrongful death suit, no? That way they can only go after her assets.

I still say they switched seats. The wife passed the breathalyzer, nowhere does it say that Kevin was given a breathalyzer. He had probably been drinking, then was driving the boat, the crash happened, so they quickly changed seats. I put this in the original blind; it’s very easy to switch seats on a boat. I just did it right before this blind was published because the driver needed to check on something. At the time, they didn’t know how serious the accident was because both boats left the scene to get help.
Broad needs to get her own attorney and not use one of her husbands.

What I wonder in this is how a smaller boat could have gone over the bow of a larger boat and cause deadly head injuries. They are probably lying about the lights being off on the larger boat, were speeding and caught air. However, the photo I've seen all over is for a bass boat. It was probably a water rocket going a high rate of speed that even with lights on, didn't seen the larger boat until they landed back in the water.

I'll cheer. We've seen this jerk up here long before you Yanks started watching Shark Tank. Known for getting sloshed and getting in his speedboat. Nighttime? More fun, let's hit the gas. They were both drunk and ppl died because of his sense of entitlement. Btw Lake Joseph is quite beautiful and the next time I go there, I'll feel a lot safer if he's in jail.
The talk in Toronto is that they went on a booze cruise and Kevin was driving and switched with his wife to cover it up. Its pretty fucking hard to get in a boat crash on these lakes here in Ontario.
+1 aquagirl I mean how often does the man let a woman drive the boat?!... at night... even if he’s been drinking. I think that’s the coverup.
