He hyped up a donation of ventilators, but they were really things used to help sleep apnea and cant be used in ICU

Musk is the one who likes publicity. Is he ignorant of what a ventilator is? Or did China do this intentionally?

He’s ignorant and probably got a good price on it because they are cheap now. They are not using them in the icus on patients because it’s not a contained system.
