The Casiraghi guess is a good one. He is related to Prince Albert, after all, who is a notorious womanizer, or so they say, regardless of how plain and bald he is.
The blind doesn't say prince - could be Andrea Casiraghi, he has a hell of a reputation for that sort of thing in his own right. On other hand, could be Harry as "bombshell" suggests a blonde - and it could have been Chelsy Davy, his girlfriend... doesn't have to be a random girl?

First I've heard about Prince Albert.
I thought he had an illegitimate daughter.
Prince Albert claims to have two illegitimate children and there are several paternity suits against him. That said, he has always been known to be gay. I think he got tired of the rumors and claimed he had kids. I say claimed because the children hold no titles or official status.
"Playboy" is not a term I'd use with the kiddie royals and I don't know that the young uns have a lot of security (if they do have security and continue to make asses of themselves and break the law from time to time, then someone needs firing!)around them either. How about their grandpa? Prince Philip has long been rumored to be quite the swordsman.
