i'm incredibly happy this is happening, but there's still SO many paedophiles, molesters and rapists in hollyweird that are being shielded as i type this... all because because they bring in both money/great ratings for television shows and films. what's sad is that it took this long for it to happen-- well over a decade for this disgusting, vile, fat, sloppy sack of shit to be fired by nick. i believe the only reason they did it now is because of movements like time's up and #metoo. had they not come around, i genuinely believe they would've kept schneider and never said a thing about his abhorrent behavior. i bet they would have kept paying people off to keep them quiet, making them sign ndas, threatening their careers, etc. how can one industry be so full of corrupt people is beyond me. it is a cesspit where the worse people seem to gather and sell their souls for money and fame. i know there are good people in the entertainment industry, but they seem to be/are few and far in between.

Reshooting initial photography due to faulty negative caused by technical problems shall not be included in the computation of the ten percent (10%). The Employer may not schedule additional photography to avoid the express intent of this provision and has the burden of proving the necessity of such additional photography.
A Director who has directed one hundred percent (100%) of the scheduled principal photography of a motion picture may not be replaced except for gross willful misconduct.]
Hopefully what he did will fall under gross willful misconduct.
