Blind Items Revealed #20 - Old Hollywood - Himmmm

February 1, 2018

Truth. Will. Out - A Himmmm Blind

This will hardly be a blind to those who've been here for years. But when you've known the truth all this time, and are no longer bound by the promises you made due to their impending exposure and someone's approval? You can start to tell others.  It's not the crime that gets you.  It's the cover up.

The night this actress (long time A lister) and her hubby (probably permanent A- lister just because of his television and movie history and name) got together with this other actor (permanent A- list mostly movie actor) was the epitome of tragic.  Too much booze, too much drugs, too much bottled-up hostility.  She was drunk and angry.  She mocked him and threatened to cuckold him, including about something she caught him doing years before which caused their split. That alone would've destroyed his career and life.

The fight was epic.  The guest really did leave for bed, though he heard it all happen.  As did the worker on board.  The hubby was so drunk and angry, he really didn't remember it all.  But according to his memories, and those of the long-silent guest, this is what happened:

Just the two of them, yelling and shoving.  She retreated indoors, he went after her.  When she got back outside, she demanded to be taken home - already had her coat on.  She said she would call her lawyer and he can stay behind.  Since the house and money were hers, she'd get the kids too.  She had it with him, his cheating, and his drinking and pouting.  He wasn't going to let her go at all.  He actually reached to grab her when she pulled away, slipped and fell.

He could've saved her right there.

That would've been easy and could've just been a spat.  But he mocked her.  She screamed, yelled, begged for help.  He taunted her.  The guest came to see what was happening and tried to help.  The hubby told him she was just playing hysterics for attention - she could save herself he said.  He escorted the guest back inside forcibly.  She continued out there, cold, screaming - for several minutes.  The worker had been yelling to her he'd help her. He banged on the hubby's door.  He was told to go to bed and mind his damn business.

The three men argued.  Then they realized - she wasn't screaming anymore.  Hubby panicked, and they all went out to try and find her.  She'd given up and was already gone.  They said it happened so fast.  Maybe in drunk time, but in reality? It was over 20 minutes.  These three drunk men, very drunk and high.  Nothing they did worked.  The guest demanded to call for help or be taken home.  The hubby threatened him, said he was part of it too.  The hubby sat outside for hours, drinking heavily, crying.  The scared, weak and stoned worker finally took him inside when he passed out.

When they awoke, they knew how deep of shit they were in.  They tried to get their story straight.  If one went down - they all would.  The first call they placed was to wake up a legendary Hollywood attorney/fixer.  He in turn called (permanent A+ list singer) who really was a friend to the actress.  The hubby confessed all to him.  It was the booze, the anger - he never thought she was in that much danger.  He pleaded for mercy.  That legendary singer/actor was angry, but he understood how it could happen.

The cover-up began instantly.  There were tons of leaks in their story.  But anytime a discrepancy popped up? The powers that be were reminded they were elected officials and stop digging because it won't bring her back.  You have no idea how powerful (the A+ list singer) and his legal and illegal pals were in those days.  They even had the White House, not to mention City Hall.  No local yokels were gonna make waves.  Besides, the hubby was so destroyed.

And he really was.  He tried suicide many times.  He confessed to her daughters, which nearly destroyed one of them.  But they too realized that all this time later would not bring her back.  But people knew the truth.  They spoke.  On the record.  Even with varying degrees of murder or manslaughter, it's the cover up that'll get you.  So no matter the final outcome of the case, even all this time, he doesn't have long to live naturally.

But that cover up? A lot of them are still around.  That one long-silent guest? Not so silent.  He too is up in age and cleared his conscience.  Thing is - he did it in 1985.  Yep.  It's been on record since then.  Way past time for this to come out.  It's tragic for those young ladies now, but...Truth. Will. Out. Always.

Actress: Natalie Wood
Husband: Robert Wagner
Guest: Christopher Walken
Boat captain: Dennis Davern
Permanent A+ list singer: Frank Sinatra

Damn. This one was obvious, but still...

I want to know what she discovered about him.

Will truth really out in this case tho? I mean it's on here but he'll never admit it IRL and take it to the grave. Also if Christopher Walken talked about it on record in 1985 and nothing happened, then nothing will happen now either.

It was obvious, but I've been waiting for this reveal. RW will never tell ine truth anoua what happened that night.

Who was the foreign born singer/musician who was supposed to die last year?? Main guess was Eric Clapton and Phil Collins.. Both are alive and kickin!

jessorella said...

Wow, wasn’t expecting this one to be an official reveal.

Money and power protect, the poor and vulnerable get neglect.

jessorella said...

@maidstone Hope they stay that way for a while; I’m seeing Clapton this weekend!

So then what was the point of repeated blinds about Lana Wood selling stories to the National Enquirer solely for money? According to this blind, her sister is dead due to criminal negligence and then it was covered up.

In her position, who WOULDN't be angry and want to keep dragging Wagner's name through the tabloids to keep shining a light on what he did?

@jessorella Have a great time!! I'm seeing EC in October. NYC/Madison Square Garden!

Melissa Gilbert is pretty good friends with Katie Wagner. I wonder if Katie ever told her anything about her mother's death.

Didnt know Reagan was owned by mafia.

@Chris P ... she caught him in bed with a man?

Child Advocate said...

According to Suzanne Finstad's biography, she caught him in bed with another man and immediately filed for divorce.

jessorella said...

@maidstone Thanks, you too!

thought one of the rumours out there was that it was Robert W and Christopher Walken that she caught that night. before the final fight.

this is the most likely story and what most think happen, drunk fight.

I've always wondered about Walken's role in this. If he's an accessory to murder, or went to the cops/FBI and tried to confess, but was quieted.

So cheating with guys. That would wreck a career in the day. Especially when you're known for Hart To Hart.

When i'd first heard about this some years ago, i totally didn't believe it. Then, it got more and more suspicious to me, and Natalie's sister, Lana, has been empathic about Wagner telling the truth. I think he's hated her ever since she sold Natalie's clothes for money she needed for her daughter or something like that. Although the boat attendant did himself no favors with the way he promoted the situation int he media, when one puts it all together, it makes sense.

Lana herself (on a crime show) said she was surprised when Natalie revealed she'd be marrying him AGAIN, supposedly telling her something like "better the devil you know, than the devil you don't". Clearly not, though. The gay thing was also something i'd read about from different books. I really, truly hope Natalie will get justice somehow, because that bastard will take his secret to the grave (which he pretty much has one foot in anyway).

@Chris P

According to my mother, Natalie divorced Wagner cuz he was gay. She remarried him and either he had the excuse of the century for the gay sex or they had an arrangement. I am told they had an arrangement and that is part of the reason they fought the night she was killed.

@j kav

I think Walken was sleeping with them both. Natalie found out and that led to the deadly argument.

Watch the Buzzfeed Unsolved True Crime video about her.

With the amount of alcohol RW consumed that night, an awful outcome was written in the stars. It's amazing how quickly things can spin out of control when alcohol is added to the mix!

His story changes every time it's told!

Fine, Wagner was pissed off and drunkenly/foolishly thought she was just being a drama queen and would swim back to the boat. But what about Walken? Seriously...WTF? He hears this woman trying to survive in the ocean and lets some drunk POS push him back into the boat and they all just sit around listening to her die? Walken and the other dude couldn't over-power Wagner and save her? I almost see Walken and that other asshole as more culpable than Wagner! Cowardly POS's!!!

Megley said...

Read the book Dennis Davern wrote with a female author whose name escapes me. Draw your own conclusions.
As for Lana selling her suspicions? So fucking what? Wagner is a POS and she needed money but it's still 50/50 that she's lying. Which means she ain't. Or is. Doesn't matter, if one is inclined to believe Davern.
Someone let NW did that night.

mercyprosperity said...

According to captain Davern's book, Wagner told Davern to turn off the boat's lights.
He also told Davern --not-- to call the Coast Guard, according to the Captain.
Natalie Wood had small children. Her children grew up without their mother.

Something needs to be done. The age does not matter. Justice is justice.

Megley said...

As for Walken's presence, this whole trip on the boat with CW was a colossal fuck-story and Walken was the set piece.
But none of it overshadows my point that someone LET NW die.

Megley said...

The name of the book is "Goodbye, Natalie, Goodbye, Splendour," by Marti Rulli and Dennis Davern. Like I said, Read it and draw your own conclusions.
One of mine: this trip to Catalina was destined to end badly. No one expected it to end deadly.

@gauloise - Reagan (presumably) wasn't owned by the Mafia, but he and Nancy were longtime friends with Sinatra.

I'm just trying to imagine a world where Sinatra's your fixer.

I'm glad that pedo sinatra had to carry a colostomy bag

I really wish this would be officially revealed in the mainstream media... maybe we'll get a deathbed confession one day from Walken or Wagner.

D Brown said...

To the best of my recollection all Walken confirmed in 1985 was that RW and NW did indeed fight that day/night. If he had said that they stood by when she drowned then someone would have been charged long before now.

As for this story I have some reservations. Firstly, if NW wanted to go home she would have dressed in more than a nightie and a coat. Secondly if RW had those "powerful" connections then the skipper and Lana would have been silenced, by threats or cash, long ago. Thirdly NW's daughters and her other sister (Olga) have all consistently supported RW against Lana.

Hollywood, TV and pop...need to be DESTROYED. A JEWISH-centric gay/sodomite/paedophile mafia that has ruined this world. FUCK HOLLYWOOD. My only regret is that it can only be destroyed ONCE.

Ugh, seriously - ENOUGH with the rabid insulting of Jews, gays, Muslims and anyone else who doesn’t fit your neat little white box!

this story has more holes than swiss cheese. you have to remember that you have to listen but also to know who to believe....you clearly do not with this story - which is quite a horrible mistake!
