Four For Friday - A Good Guy/Bad Guy Blind Item

All of these incidents revolve around one guy. He is a biker in his late 30s/early 40s, foreign but living in LA. A bunch of the people swept up in the #metoo scandal are petrified of running into him. And with very good reason.

I don’t know too much about his background, not that I would share, except that he's a tough, seriously dangerous, yet very charming man. He’s not the biggest guy in the world, under six feet tall, but stocky. I know he used to fight and play rugby to a professional level in his youth. However, he has a presence that just seems to put people in mortal fear. I’ve seen him turn it on and off at will, never raising his voice, and it is plain scary. Nothing fazes this guy. He once casually explained to me how to dispose of a body so that not even cadaver dogs could find it.

He is primarily associated with a very well known motorcycle club (the same club alluded to in a post from April 16, 2018), but is welcomed and even beloved by members of other MCs often considered their arch rivals. Because of this, he acts as a go-between in negotiations, or when violence flares between clubs. He might be one of the reasons there was no major fallout earlier this year, when two Utah bikers were shot and killed on an LA freeway in broad daylight.

I know he is also extremely friendly with some Mexican collectives, a certain faction of a well known Italian organization (indeed, he acted as tour-guide and unofficial bodyguard for the son of one of their more senior members), ex-Special Forces guys from his home country who now perform CP work (one of whom was recently responsible for aiding the Princess of Dubai), several mercs, a renowned arms dealer, numerous billionaires and even members of royalty.

Now, it’s common knowledge that some of the organizations listed above are often accused of contributing to trafficking, etc. and, while that may be arguable, none of it holds for this guy. He was raised by a single mother and has an almost fanatical hatred of violence or mistreatment of women and children. I've never seen his associates step out of line if he is around. Not even the more hardcore element.

So why would this matter to you? Well, his notoriety, coupled with his protective character, has seen him quietly become involved in addressing some of the accused abusers. He has confronted more than one high profile individual embroiled in the #metoo scandal – with interesting results. The following were all told to me by the guy himself, witnessed firsthand and/or confirmed (where possible) by other mutual friends or witnesses.

Events 1, 2, 3 and 4 occurred at a beachfront, members-only club in LA.

1) He was in attendance shortly after this A- list mostly movie actor from an acting family (AA) had been implicated and said he knew the rumors were true. I was with him when he ran into AA in the bathroom. Next thing you know, AA was in the passenger seat of his BMW as his ‘girlfriend’ hit the gas. The tabloids later reported on his sudden arrival in NYC – that very same day. To my knowledge, he stayed there for months and hasn’t been back to the club since. I don’t know what words, if any, were exchanged, but AA was clearly rattled when he stepped out of that bathroom – he was drained of color and shaking. The biker exited the bathroom shortly after, wearing a huge grin. I kept an eye on the door, and no one else went in or out the entire time, so it could only have been those two in there.

2) I and multiple others witnessed this following event first hand: A butt-fumbling recently retired NFL QB – (BB) – turned up one night with his entourage and became belligerently drunk, verbally accosting the bar staff. The biker, who is very friendly with all the staff, intervened. Security, knowing better it seems, didn’t get involved. I saw the biker physically insert himself between BB, his entourage and the bar itself. He simply said, “Leave. Now.” He wore a totally blank expression and didn’t even raise his voice. BB, who must have stood about a head taller, turned into a gibbering, apologetic wreck and immediately split, with his full entourage following, every one of them begging forgiveness. The management and staff at the club must have loved the biker for this, because every time I’ve been there with him since, they’ve treated him like royalty.

3) This permanent A list mostly movie actor who is an Oscar winner/nominee (CC) departed the same club almost as soon as he saw this guy arrive with us. This was the night of the Mayweather-McGregor fight, shortly after the bout had ended. No words were exchanged that I could tell, but I saw the way the biker looked at him and CC clearly recognized him. In this case, my guess would be it may have been more to do with something other than #MeToo, given this guy’s connections with a particular Mexican based organisation.

4) I share a NYC-based friend with this A- list singer/B+ list actor (DD) and his pervert best friend (EE). This friend also knows the biker in his own right. Later, this mutual friend revealed to me that he felt worried enough to warn DD and EE about the potential danger of the situation if they ended up crossing paths with the biker. In the same call, he admitted suggesting that, should they run into the biker, they should both split immediately while gathering several other people around them. This, I am told, is exactly what happened when DD spotted the biker at the club one day. Our mutual friend told me that the actor admitted to splitting without even finishing his food or drink.

Another amusing anecdote, which I witnessed, happened at a Santa Monica bar. The brother (FF) of this disgraced former A+ list mostly movie actor (GG), was drinking with a mutual friend. FF handles his booze about as well as GG. After being introduced by our friend, he drunkenly offered to pay the biker if he would ‘have a conversation’ with GG, all because he apparently reneged on a promise to buy FF a house. The biker told him to “F**k off”.

There are other stories and incidents involving A/B listers that I know about (and even their security staff, who I have witnessed treat him with fearful respect – the head of security for this A list everything in her mind (HH), and I am sure there’s many more occurrences I don’t know about, but which wouldn’t surprise me. I have my own suspicions about some of them. For one, given his biker background, I know for a fact he has many, many contacts, affiliates and friends who are incarcerated around the US, and the rest of the world. I'm pretty sure this would include a particular facility in NYC.

Funny thing, I was wary about writing any of this down, for obvious reasons. I actually told my biker friend about the idea, suggesting that people might find comfort in knowing there are people in Hollywood who won’t let stars get away with shit, and who can’t be bought off. Surprisingly, he didn’t seem to care too much either way, as long as I didn’t mention his name or provide any pictures. Ironically, he might be the only person in LA who actively avoids having his picture taken!

Thought it might be encouraging to know that, despite appearances, some people behind the scenes still have something approaching a moral compass, and are determined not to let abusers avoid punishment.

Sometimes, the Bad Guys turn out to be the Good Guys.

Also, the subject of this blind sounds a little too urban legend to be true. I'm a little skeptical on this one.

Jared Leto is not an A- singer and B+ actor; if anything, the ratings should be reversed. So DD is not him.

But I don't have an answer either

This is probably my favourite Reddit post from the Let's Not Meet subreddit, which are meant to be true tales of your encounters with people of evil intent.

It's long but worth the read and posted here in two parts because of word number limit and has a brilliant pay off line:

Long time reader, first time poster. I don't like thinking about this incident, but it definitely belongs here.

My dad worked at a beachside bar & grille when I was little. In addition to being a chef, he ran and DJ’ed the bike and car shows for the restaurant. The car shows were usually on Wednesdays, and the bike nights were on Friday (a small detail, but important to the story).

The car shows were on a school night, so I was rarely allowed to go, but my father would often bring me to the bike nights. By all accounts, I was an adorable and pretty mellow kid, and the bikers absolutely loved me. And yes, you might say that this was no environment for a little girl, but I learned a lot about loyalty and friendship from being around bikers. My dad told me that some of them would call into the restaurant just to ask if I would be there that week, and they’d often bring me stuffed animals and candy.

My favorite of the bikers was a man that I affectionately called ‘Uncle Teddy’. He was a friend of my parents and an absolute mountain of a man- around 6’8 and 400 pounds easily. He was an ex-Marine who loved his Harley and his cigars, and every week for 5 years he would bring me a Butterfinger and a Beanie Baby.

I was 6 years old the night it happened (2003). My father had brought me to the bike show as he normally did, but I couldn’t keep my eyes open past 8 p.m. The show didn’t end until 10, so my dad had gotten into the habit of putting an air mattress in the back of the restaurant, and he and Teddy would check on me every 15 minutes.

I was asleep when I felt a hand on my shoulder. It was a man that I’d seen around before, and he wasn’t dressed in biker gear. He was wearing a short-sleeved plaid shirt and jeans and looked greasy, but not particularly scary.

He smiled at me and told me that his name was ‘Sean’, that he was a friend of my dad’s, and that my dad had asked him to drive me home.

My parents had tried to ingrain “stranger danger” in me, and they told me a thousand times to never talk to anyone I didn’t know, but he knew mine and my dad’s name, as well as the nickname everyone called me. I totally bought it.

I got up, grabbed the flamingo beanie baby Uncle Teddy had given me, and started to walk towards the parking lot. Sean didn’t have a bike- he had a very old 4 door sedan. He opened the back door for me, and I climbed inside. You know how in senior citizen’s homes, they often have plastic-wrapped couches or chairs? That’s what the backseat of his car was like- totally covered in plastic. I think now that it was probably so there would be no trace of DNA left behind.

Flashy Vic said...

Sean started to drive away, and to this day I can’t believe how lucky I got. He had parked the car behind the restaurant in a way that it wasn’t immediately visible to the bike show, but as we pulled away, I saw Teddy heading through the door, presumably to check on me. He just happened to look up at that exact moment, probably to acknowledge the car, and I smiled at him.

Uncle Teddy didn’t waste a moment, didn’t even stop to tell my dad what was going on. He got on his bike and was on that car's ass before we had even totally cleared the avenue that led out of the parking lot.

The avenue that you had to take to get the restaurant was long, about a mile and a half, and then you had to go down another long road before you made it to the highway. Sean saw Teddy approaching in his rear-view and attempted to speed up, but he must have realized it was futile, he'd been seen and Teddy had his license plate # and a good description. Sean stopped the car, turned around and told me very calmly to get out of the car. I was scared by this point, and I didn't waste a moment climbing out and running to Teddy.

Sean burnt rubber driving away, and Teddy held me for a moment before putting me on the back of his bike and taking me back to my dad.

By the time we got back, cops had been called, and they were surrounding the place. A lot of the show had emptied out, and my dad was sobbing/screaming on the sidewalk outside of the restaurant. I'll never forget that moment.

I ran up to him, hugged him as tightly as I could, and then the rest is all a blur. I talked to cops, I talked to my dad, I even went down to the station and spoke to a sketch artist. I didn't get to home until around 2 am. Teddy never left my side.

An APB was put out on the vehicle, which had been reported as stolen. The sketch circulated around the local news stations, but it didn't turn up anything concrete. At one point I was asked to look at a line-up, but none of them were him.

Fast forward about 8 years. I was 14, and my dad decided I was old enough to know what happened.

Sean had been spotted lurking around the bike show a few times before that night, and was a customer at the restaurant fairly regularly. He knew my nickname because he had been watching me for over a month. He knew my schedule and consequently, how often Teddy and my dad checked on me.

When his evil plan was botched and Teddy brought me back to the show, everyone had left. I had assumed it was because the police had been investigating a crime scene, but I was wrong.

They were all out looking for Sean. Teddy told them the make and model of the car with a description of Sean, and one of the guys thought that he sounded like a guy that frequented one of the biker bars downtown.

I remember my dad paused for a long time, and I asked him what happened after that.

"They found him," he said.

That being said, I think AA is James Franco, and CC is Sean Penn.

In the early 70s in NJ there was a small church I attended as a child. Kids were being molested in the church basement after the afternoon service by a group of ped/incest families. Long story short, it went on until we got the word out in the neighborhood and it was picked up by the Pagans MC. We were in the morning service and suddenly the Pagans showed up and stated driving around and around the church with their crazy loud bikes. The church broke up that very week and the building eventually was condemned. True story.

Bad Guy: Sonny Barger

My brush with bikers is burying them. Their code of honor, respect, kindness and cleanliness is the tops! I feel safer in a crowd of them than lots of other crowds! (During one biker service, the funeral home got a call from the Methodist Hospital that a donor liver was procured and it was a match to a biker in attendance. They asked me to find him and let him know this great news. Needless to say, all of his club brothers helped me find him, and a multi-club group of bikers escorted him to the hospital.) It was an amazing act of brotherly love I will always remember.

It's very well known that prisoners hate rapists and child molesters more than any other, which is why those types tend to be given their own prison wing. They tend to turn up dead from prison justice.

It's also why Batman burned that bat symbol into the human trafficker's chest in Batman V Superman, who was later referenced in the film in a news report about him being found dead in prison.

Someone mentioned Chris Paciello; he used to bang a prime Sofia Vergara back in his Miami days and has lots of nude pics of her (so I heard). They were part of the same organization, with Chris being on the crime side of things and Sofia on the sex side of the business.

He was just at Leo's 4th July part last month trying hard to hook up Camilla Morrone's mother Lucila Sola. Here he is from last year with Reza (Leo's body guard and recipient of Leo's sloppy seconds) and the girl is hooker Chantal Jefries.

Unknown said...

First time poster. I have a guess for the Biker, Chuck Zito. Ive seen him show up to a club to hang out with a group, seemingly known to the club runners. An altercation broke out and he sprang to his feet, was in the middle of the action helping security throw out the unruly nussance. He gets respect wherever he goes and that includes street respect. I was surprised at the reaction of the young urban crowd to aomeone who is not a major name in Hollywood.

Count Jerkula said...

Only reason the "victims" will be eviscerated is because an over zealous prosecutor was desperate to try and make a name for himself and filed charges without adequately looking into the case.

Count Jerkula said...

Chuck Zito is in NY, not LA, and i doubt he could spell rugby, much less ever played it. Again, the notion of a 70y/o tough guy is laughable, even one juiced to the gills, like Chuck.

What woman did Tyson abuse? Robin Givens was a golddigging whore and that other broad claimed rape because Tyson threw her out of the room when he was finished with her.

His tactic (going blank in face, speaking from deep in the throat, minimal and authoritative vocab) is one worth practicing - especially women. My grandmother employed it in the 50s when a neighbor was chasing his wife with a knife. There is no need to physically overpower someone if you can unnerve them.

Samantha the 1st said...

CJ - Tyson was convicted of rape. He also allegedly beat Robin.

hiyosilvergirl - yep

The actor people named (CH) seems to fit. Would or could also explain why he dropped out of 50 Shades. Isn't the whole film about beating or abusing a woman, however 'consensually?'

If that's him - I'm gonna have to buy/rent his entire oeuvre as a thumbs up.

Count Jerkula said...

Robin was a golddigging whore trying to roll a developmentally disabled man. Eating some punches was a cost of doing business.

As to Tyson being convicted of rape, sure, but that dont make him a rapist, just like OJ being acquitted isnt proof he didnt murder anyone. That broad got him back for telling her to leave after he busted a nut.
