Count these things are easily bribed & bought to go away and for a green light to be given to whoever benefits mostly from the conservatorship. A man your age should know by now that the world doesn’t always work like it’s supposed to.

You know they can Enty. You're a lawyer. If she is incompetent and cannot care for herself, and the Court agrees with this situation, then it is legal.
I think the world of her father and parents for saving her life in the first place. It can not be easy to give up your own life to babysit your mentally ill daughter.

If June Cleaver rates 100, competent parent is say 75. Brit Brit has proven to be below that.
Competent adult, lower standard, say 65. These are people capable of keeping themselves housed & fed using their own brains and skills, whether sex or labor related, but cannot be responsible for doing the same for others. Brit Brit has been proven in the past to be below this line.
Next level are the people who only walk among us because others prop them up. Say these people range to a 50. Low functioning normies, high functioning tards, junkies, batshits, irresponsible assholes and fuck ups. In and out of institutions, jail or mental. I give a 15pt range on these people. Some bottom out here, others peak, and plenty just wallow.
My guess is this is Brit's unmedicated base. Not a 50, that would be more a pants shitter #, like Beetlejuice. My absolutely uneducated opinion from news rumors, photos, etc and my own life experience is she probably bounce in the 58-63 range w/o meds. Day to day kinda fine, but cant manage adversity on her own or make decisions that require much thought. "Do i want to dip in the pool or watch tv? Did i brush my teeth? Should i rub my cooter watching Drake or Stone Cold clips on YouTube?" Those are the types of decisions she can handle. "Should i sign this contract? Did i take my meds? Should I let him fill my love tunnel with baby batter?" These decisions that have long term ramafications are ones she shouldnt be making.
Now on meds, she probably pops to like the 65-70 range. If she was regular small town gal, she would be fine holding a job with little responsibility, pretty enough that she will land some schuck who ignores the warning signs to get some, then attempts to cope with her crazy through alcohol, and eventually will be found in the basement after an accidental discharge while cleaning his shotgun with his mouth. At this point she would head on down to Jimmy Bob's Truck Stop, Liquor & Slop to drown her sorrows until the next soul she's gonna eat saunters on up, offering up a drink and a shoulder to cry on.
Problem is she has millions of dollars that her and her children's futures rely on, and she is a victim for any sleaze bag who does what the probable first sleazebag did: pat her on the head, tell her how pretty she is, sit her on his lap and whisper in her ear what he wants her to do, or sign, or "invest" in.
Another problem is keeping her on her meds. Who wants her unmonitored and one day thinking "I feel good today, i dont need to take them" and next thing ya know, inbetween doing Brit Brit Smush Smush, like Snooki on South Park, she beatin cars, shaving her head and doing naked Twitter meltdowns.
Until one of her kids is old and responsible enough to do it, either her pop or her sister should be in charge of her. Atleast any skim stays in familym. If her pop buys a phat house or Bentley or $125k watch, thay just gonna kick back to her when he drops dead. That is a better deal than spending millions to sue managers who would burn through every cent they robbed from her, leaving her with judgements that will never get paid off.

Without a Trust she would have lost all her money by now to con-artists like Sam Lufti and would probably be "performing" on yachts in the Persian Gulf. It's a mess but hopefully the Dad holds out until one of the kids is 18 or 21 and old enough to control Mom's money.
She seems to be a good mom and a loving person. She's just a mess.

I agree with every word, I think she is definitely incompetent. I also think she might very well like performing in Vegas, or whatever. It's not all that hard, it's muscle memory, and lip sync, and it is what she's familiar with. Why not? She feels pretty and needed and likes the attention. Otherwise, what else? Sitting at home with her two rapidly growing up kids, staring off into space, watching the grass grow?

Do you 'Leave Britney aloooooone' people genuinely believe that a very low IQ, severely mentally ill woman could handle her finances (hell, and her LIFE) responsibly? She'd end up dead. She's come close before.
