Always the stapler guy in Office Space. It's been way too long since I've seen that movie.

All of the above

I would say Office Space, but I watched most of NewsRadio and he was much more hilarious in that :)

B is the patron saint of every cubicle drone out there, even if you think you're hot shit making 6 figures worth of paper coupons.

There can only be one right answer to this. B. Milton!

I forgot it was Goodman's character who was the Cyclops...can't remember what character from Homer's Odyssey the blind DJ represented....

He was Homer himself!

Judge Mike "The Hammer" Reardon on "Justified." This guy's everywhere.
Thank God for the character actors.

You all really should watch News Radio sometime. Best sitcom of all time.

Guy in Dodgeball (or B, definitely B)

Speaking of ubiquitous actors, is anyone else at all freaked out (a little bit) that Michael Stuhlbarg seems to be in every new movie and tv series lately?

I’d say it has to be his iconic star turn as Raymond, a hunting store owner involved in illegal gun trading, in the 1993 In the Heat of the Night episode "A Love Lost".

I love Wikipedia!

I heard he hits the couch in Narnia

(He was really good as Arnold Rothstein in the tolerable parts of Boardwalk Empire though)

A. NewsRadio was the best.

News Radio
Guy with Stapler
The Man in the High Castle
King of the Hill.

Never saw the other two.

How about all four and include the Washington Spy series on AMC?
(He portrayed the guy who organized and ran Washington's spy network during the Revolutionary War.)

Also, the blind radio station owner in Oh, Brother, Where Art Thou?. Love this guy.

Jimmy James!

Uhhhh... said...

I saw him in Get Out and immediately thought of O Brother Where Art Thou

I'd say he was the eccentric millionaire in Northern Exposure. Then my friend would say, "No, that was Barry Corbin." Then I'd say, "Oh, right, I always get that mixed up." Then I'd go with A for people my age and B for younger.

Jimmy James from Newsradio, the funniest sitcom of all time. Maybe not greatest, -- it didn't break down barriers like MASH or All in the Family or Cosby Show. But for pure humor, it doesn't get better.

Nonya Bidness said...

Yes, exactly! Whenever we saw him in anything else, hubby and I would be like "Jimmy James!"

That whole cast was great (except Joe Rogan). Now knowing what a prick Andy Dick was, it's hard for me to enjoy it nearly as much. But it was brilliant.

Steven Root is so underrated, he is amazingly talented!!

Is Dan Schneider going down? Nickelodeon just cut ties with him.

Jimmy James from News Radio.
I still remember the goofy episode wherein one character insisted on knowing what the rules of management were, despite being warned that they didn't want to know. And Jimmy James tormented her the whole episode trying to teach her the rules of management.

Jimmy James, period.
