Sincere people who are nothing like fake ass Americans, amazing food, rich culture, museums and history not to mention beautiful architecture and an appreciation for their history. Any country that isn't constantly tearing down structures to only replace them with generic supposedly "bigger, better, shinier" crap gets my vote. But if none of that appeals to you, the fact that one can walk down the street without worrying about being caught in the cross hairs of a shoot out or have a gun jammed in their face.
And I don't know who all of these people are with bad hygiene unless they wanted to smell funky to get rid of you which I ca't say I much blame them.
