she isn't in the show for s02, so know reason to plan the future of it
Shay seems, at least to me, like someone who could spend hours and hours chit chatting about literally anything with literally anyone. thus i doubt anythings actually going to happen between those two - especially if its Penn Badgely. after working with gorgeous women on Gossip Girl for so many years, i think he's learned how to control his urges
