I've never been much of a Depp fan, but it's still kind of sad to see someone fall so spectacularly. Does anyone remember when IMDB had message boards and there were people who went absolutely insane at even the slightest criticism of Johnny Depp on his board, literally to the point of death threats? It was crazy.

You can state a question with the inflection of a statement. It's a subtle difference. They want us to read it as a declarative statement.
