The people covering Radizwell for a reaction to JFK Jr aren't exactly gettingnoms for Pulitzer Prizes. They work for Jared,TMZ , US Weekly, DM or some schlock outfit.

Count and Mango -- I heard the hold up was the wife searching for the right shade of violet nail polish to match the dress she'd be wearing at the wedding. This was reported in Vanity Fair. I’d read the same about the nail polish, think it originated in a biography about the Kennedy curse.
That being said, he shouldn’t have been piloting in the dark - he was too inexperienced.
I heard the sister was not ready, so they left at night. The sister was working she had a job she couldn't shirk for a wedding. Took her a while to get to the hangar or wherever.
JfK Jr was always in a cast and doing risky stuff. sorry Count, i miss his beautiful presence and no movie star cones close in my book.
@ Christina - I remember the nail polish story too. She had a fit when the color didn't turn out right and had her toenails redone.
