Mel Gibson/Ron Gronikowsi
Is Mel described as "mostly movie"?
James Franco to be different?
What television did Mel Gibson do? I don't think this blind is about him.
Mel has done two television shows
Tbh I don’t think it fits him (he’s a director too)but the Ron dude(a football player) just scored a part in one of his films I think...
Sounds more like Mickey Rourke in reality
About to shoot a film called Unhinged with Nathan Reid
Yeah but wouldn't Mel be foreign born and a director? I think he is still A+, maybe permanent A+ just for his body of work and instant worldwide recognition.
You know Mel has giant pots of money and his last directorial effort was widely praised and he got an Oscar nomination for it. If this is a failed comeback gimme some of that. Mel needs to accept he's never going to be an A list actor again, no one wants to see his weird ass in movies. As a filmmaker though he's an extraordinary talent. Is he that vain he'll piss away his directing career to act in dumb comedies playing second fiddle to washed up SNL assholes?
Gibson was born in the US.
& I love Mickey Rourke & everyone knows him but was he ever A+?Just wondering?
@Vess, acting in dumb comedies with mainstream yucksters is a great way to soften one's image and not be seen as a drunken belligerent racist pariah.
Also I want to see him as Mad Max again. I'll watch an older Max over whatever bs Hardy was supposed to be any day of the week.
its all public relations rehab at this point
I think in the 9 1/2 Weeks, Angel Heart days he was A+. He would be lucky to hit a C today.
@chug choo choo Mel was born in America. Having said that I *think* Enty calls him & Nicole Kidman foreign born even though they aren't.
@Brayson87
Remember the days when calling out Jews for their shit and dropping the N-bomb was enough to earn you pariah status? In a business full of rapists, pedos, sociopathic coked up sex fiends and likely a fair few serial killers Mel seems pretty white bread.
He doesn't need to soften his image, we all know he's a loon, he just needs to get to work making the next Braveheart. Almost every straight dude on the planet LOVES that movie, he has a massive built in audience for the right project. Enough with wasting his time trying to get an acting career going, no one cares.
Awwww, what a sweet gesture!
Mel Gibson for the A+ and Frank Grillo for the co-star. Both are currently filming Boss Level. Hate to conjecture, but Grillo might seem the type to willfully accept such a gesture. They both seem like they would get along in some instances anyways, both old style New York guys.
Jude Law, Samuel L. Jackson, “Captain Marvel”
James Franco doesn’t need a comeback . He’s still working and still loved
Kevin Costner
@Christine, who TF still loves James Franco besides people living under a rock? I liked several of his movies but damn he's been into some dark sh!t.
@Vess, I'm pretty sure mouthing off is still enough nowadays to make you a pariah if you lean Christian or conservative or make a successful biblical movie lol.
Eh Braveheart was good for its time, but The Road Warrior and Lethal Weapon stand out more for me.
Just for fun, Nick Cage?
Oh yeah, Christians are soooo persecuted.
+1 Sensei Tricia.
Kevin Spacey?
