I heard BAG is a total douchebag... sucks for him, but it sounds to me like he had lots of bad karma out there.
Sheen really is a cancer.
If he had knowledge of what was on the drives, then he deserves it. Just one of those no excuses kind of actions.
Megan needs to get out and disown him quick. He's already dragged her down, but she probably won't recover if she supports them.
