@Sarton, Kind of doubt the British police are all over this one. Given their track record they won't do anything until a few years after the perpetrator has died of natural causes.

The UK police have recently been reported as having a pretty poor rate on prosecutions regarding sexual assaults.
I know of a few women who won't report an attack because of this.
