I just can't understand why she won't come out. Being gay is nothing compared to anything that comes from that family.

Everyone knows Fai, he's been her friend for years and he's gay.
Maybe they are trying to force her to not come out because after all she is the least "interesting" (she looks pretty normal compared to the rest of that family) and exploitable of them? She doesn't seem the type to engage in fake lesbian relationships for pr, maybe for Mama Kris she's more useful for PR with guys and when the other storylines stop working she will start the 'Kendall is fluid' one. I hope she is not miserable, with a family like that I would pretty much be.
