ReplyDeleteThey probably thought they could get away with it as YouTube slants younger and late night tv slants mostly elderly nowadays. Seriously who is tuning in to that tv commercial laden garbage? Get some f*ckin' Netflix and watch Trailer Park Boys or just go online already.

ReplyDeleteMy guess would be Fallon in his never ending quest to be hip and cool. Kimmel is certainly not above it but his staff is probably to highly paid and professional or maybe just smart enough to get away with it.

ReplyDeleteI didn't know about the accusations vs.Kimmel that are linked above, but he's had a couple of new sketch/fake ad type skits lately, where I thought a questionable new writer might have been hired.
What about James Corden? He basically stole Carpool Karaoke off of Flula Borg.

ReplyDeleteStern has been horrible for years. I listened from the WNBC days, when i was 8y/o, until Artie poked holes in his gut. After that there was nothing worth listening to.
ReplyDeleteReally, it hasnt been a comedy show since the E! Show began, and as an interview show, at best he is 2nd fiddle to Rogan in both quality of interview and caliber of guest.
I subscribe to all their Youtube channels, just for the music guests and the occasional good guest. Colbert,Bee and Noah are insufferable 'Liberals' who are responsible for Trump winning. Fallon and Kimmel at least are vaguely funny and entertaining on occasion. The Roots save fallon's show. Corden is a c***.
