This is about Miley. It's strange, there's clearly something up, but she usually looks pretty good and can still sing, even if her music isn't great. If it's true she isn't even close to rock bottom yet.

No. Because she’s been married to Liam, was dating Caitlin, and now is dating Cody all within about 2 months. And the last thing she seems is happy. More like a call for help.
It is so hypocritical of her to insinuate that the drinking and drugs were all Liam. I seriously doubted that accusation from the get go, she's gaslighting Liam. Maybe that is all part of her programming. ;]
Yeah her blaming Liam as spiraling on the alcohol and drugs is why I think she is in the throws of a breakdown.

Unless that's what the kids are doing today: random couples tattoos, two sexual relationships within two months of a divorce, and telling everyone about it (with her parents taking pictures) - I'd say she's trash. or she's in full break-down mode.
