ReplyDeleteI don't know if "Stan and Ollie" was released in time for awards season, but it is a wonderful film and I recommend it to anyone who loves Old Hollywood. John C Reilly and Steve Coogan are fantastic in it.

I don't know anything other than the Queen movie. Haven't been paying attention. I don't care for awards show blinds. I usually scroll right past them. Better than rappers, Kartrashians and Teen Moms though.

I think Rachel Brasnahan will win again for the Marvelous Mrs. Masel. She is just wonderful, as is Alex Bornstein.
ReplyDeleteI also think that Matthew Rhys was incredible in The Americans as was she. They played so many roles in that show, including their "roles" as The Jennings. I really have't seen a more beautifully written and acted conclusion to a series like this show since Breaking Bad. Incredible stuff.
