You get what you negotiate. Pay discrepancy jealousy should never happen because that should be private information.
Can't negotiate without any pull. They don't all get the same viewership.

My cats feel they deserve five times the pay and are willing to join the cast. They would consider 4x pay if they don't need to relocate.
This could be any of them.
Bravo pays Housewives: salary, location fee for using their homes, wardrobe / glam fee (select ladies), and assistant salaries (select ladies). The wardrobe is for the lush visuals, new handbags, etc. The first three years the ladies get close to nothing. NYC ladies are circling the money pot since Bethenny is gone. But none of the others are worth it. Clearly they dont see it that way. Ramona is OG but not a key entertaining player - still important though.
I think it might be OC ... Vicki was (and still is, despite being demoted) earning a huge amount compared to the likes of Gina. It's not fair, no, BUT Vicky is the OG; she deserves it! I think some are definitely overpaid though - Eileen Davidson formerly of BH was paid far too much for the little drama she brought, as is Denise Richards. Teddi should be paying them because she's nauseating. Ha!
Stupid. Tom Brady doesn't get paid the same as the long snapper.
