It's Neil Pepe from Speed th Plow, there's been a huge to-do about Piven leaving the lead role, although, this blind strikes in me very much a "who cares?" attitude. meh.
The morons of the paps from Pacific Coast should have go ten there facts right. If they had check the schedule for they would know it was not AA. That meeting was also that day at 6PM, after they left the place, and after sunset. A photographer would al least notice that the light was not right for 6 PM. She went to Al-Anon.
Al-Anon is a support group for people with family members with addiction problems. Something she has been photographed attending since she got married... Match that with the huge bump in the head she had in the Nov 9th TAO pictures, and it's not surprising she kicked him out.
He only filed 2 days after the paps published pictures of her leaving her lawyers to get the upper hand, and not look like a looser.
