YES YOU CAN DISSOLVE FILLER - there are shots that can dissolve the hydrleuric or whatever acid like in Juviderm - it is often used when surgeons make mistakes or too much is injected. It works in a day or so so yes, she definitely deflated them but no, not all the way.
