Blind Item #14

Couldn't have that A+ list mostly movie actor be subpoenaed. Make no mistake, he would have been. He is doing press for a movie and everyone knows where he is going to be and when. Easy for a process server. So, what do you do? Settle it quickly before they could serve him.

    Depp for the new Potter spinoff movie. He flopped at Comic-Con onstage and will be doing press tour soon I presume. He settled with the other Viper Room guy.

    @Tea.....his managers counter sued Johnny , it's not clear who made the final settlement but I think it was Depp who was finally out of pocket.
