Denise needs to be reminded that beggars ought not be choosers! For a former high-end call girl - Denise has fared pretty well. She's still alive (with all of her appendages). She's not addicted to hard drugs. No terrible STDs (that we know of) despite her marriage to a shameless libertine. Her looks have remained relatively stable. No gunshot wounds a'la Kelly Preston. A nice hefty child support stipend paid for by said shameless libertine/former spouse. Income from other vanity ventures and tv appearances... So on and so forth.
