@DavidHowesCREBroker...Child Support arrearages and obligations are not rechargeable in BK. So, even if he declares BK, the only thing Past Due or future CS payments will do for you is figure into the total of debts owed and ability to repay debt versus discharging it. And those Judgments on past-due child support, once entered, are renewable and collectable until death of the Respondent/Payor. (I used to do Child Support Enforcement for the State of IL for several years.)
