This A list movie actress who got her start way back in the day on television and then did some more along the way, let it slip the other day that she and her always a B list (for one role in particular) movie actor husband have not had sex in almost five years. It is kind of ironic if you think about it.

Hard to believe SJP is considered "A-list" for films given how many bombs she has had. But no surprise on this reveal; these two were absolutely the consensus.

First off...Happy New Year to everyone! I love this site and all the enlightened comments always make my day. It's so nice to see that the Hollywood machine can't pull the wool over everybody's eyes.
Secondly, I LOVE this shit. Keep it coming all day Enty. I was so bummed because I thought the reveals started last night and felt rather sad when I kept checking and nothing was showing up...kinda tells you how my New Year's Eve went, haha.
I don't know how bad their marriage has gotten. I still remember when she called him right after winning her Emmy I think, and it was heartbreaking. They sounded so sweet on each other.
Ah well, guess Hollywood marriages have a shorter expiration date than regular ones. Too bad.

It's more than just a no nudity clause, Aly. I always thought it was so stupid how they went way beyond this to show Carrie Bradshaw wearing a bra to bed, with completely backless dresses, after having sex, etc. For some reason this really bothered and annoyed me. I've never heard of anyone so dedicated to bras in my life. I hate them -- I'm practically unhooking mine in the garage when I come home from work every day. Maybe Ferris is a boob guy and she even wears a bra in the shower? Who knows?

I love Matthew Brodrick, he is just so funny. However, I know alot of people who's sex lives are pretty much no existant for a number of reasons.
I think these blind items need to be more consistent. Everyone knows SJP had her start on Broadway as Annie, way before TV as a child star.

There are lots if reasons, illness for example. I know with patients how many cannot have sex, if there is love, that really is all you need, or you're not interested, or you are more into companionship for the personality, I don't think it necessarily means she isn't happy by mentioning it, more that people would perceive it in a certain way.

Years ago in an interview SJP said that he is really boring but that she was ready for boring after the drama of dating Robert Downey Jr. back when he was in a bad place. It's kind of sad really.
Yeah, I don't think anyone was outed here. Lainey has implied many times that Broderick isn't gay, just...over SJP and that it's slowly killing her self-esteem. Hopefully that's not the case and they're just comfortable together now without the sex, but he does seem bored with her.
I knew it! And I don't think Broderick is gay; he's just not into SJP and who can blame him. She seems totally neurotic and high-maintance. (Not that it excuses his cheating. They should've just gotten divorced instead of having test-tube twins. She must've blackmailed him into that, as well as staying married.)

RocketQueen, I can't help thinking that Broderick looks bored with EVERYTHING -- thoroughly unpleasant guy, if the book can be judged by its cover.
